We are now accepting applications for the 2011 show, to be held on February 12, 2011, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m..

Don't let the "clearance" name put you off--we're a high-energy, high-quality, and well-organized show offering approximately 120 artists a great late-winter/Valentine's sales opportunity for both handcrafts and fine art. For many artists, this marks the beginning of the 2011 season--come and introduce customers to your newest and best work!

As always, we also offer you the chance to rid your studio of the "duds"--stuff that's off season, slow-moving, second-quality, or just plain ugly. You may also sell some of the supplies and display items that you no longer need. Please note that with the exception of a small percentage of such "raw materials," which must be clearly marketed as such,

ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE HANDCRAFTED BY THE EXHIBITOR.

Please, NO RE-SELLERS, HOME-SALES REPS, OR VENDORS!

Reserve your 2011 booth at the 2002 rate! Early-Bird applications must be postmarked by October 31, 2010.

Some of our artists' work

Both our patrons and our artists enjoy excellent service, including a full concession stand offering hot foods and sandwiches. Additionally, we strive to avoid all "dead space", ensuring large numbers of customers for all areas of the show. The show has a fun, informal atmosphere, and every effort is made to make sure that our exhibitors are pleased with their experience.

A standard 12'x6' or 3'x24' booth space is $100 ($85 at the Early-Bird rate). A limited number of end booths are available, for $110 ($95 for Early-Birds). Electrical access is $10 additional, and tables can be rented for $10 if they are needed. Two chairs will be provided.

This year we are again offering a limited number of "Commons Wing Booths." These are a great budget option; they're just slightly off the main traffic pattern in the commons (still great spaces, not down a hallway) and offered at a very reasonable $85 ($70 for Early-Birds).

Applications postmarked after December 31, 2010 require a $15 late-application fee. All on-time applicants should have heard from us by early January. If you have any questions about the status of your application, please We cannot be responsible for loss of applications or correspondence.

Applications and flyers can be downloaded by hitting the "downloads" button above.

Set-up times are Friday from 6-9 p.m., and Saturday from 7:30-9:30 a.m.. The show opens to the public at 10, and closes at 4. All exhibitors must leave by 6 p.m.. Student and adult volunteers will be available to assist with loading and unloading.

Before applying, we also ask that you review our Terms And Conditions.
